If you are a Reseller and are managing your client’s Mac-only license accounts, here are some common questions you might be wondering about:

I need a quote for a Mac-only license, how can I get one?

Head to our Pricing page and select Buy now under the Mac-only license banner. Change the quantity to the number of seats your customer requires (one seat per device) and click on Update Quantity to view the price.

If you’d like an official quote, please choose Purchase Order as the desired payment method. Once your details are entered, the website will generate an invoice for you.

Note : To ensure you receive the license details and receipt, you will need to place the order using your email.

Once the order has been completed, please provide us with the license information along with the email address of the intended admin.

How do I purchase a renewal or add seats to my client’s existing Mac-only license?

Mac-only license renewal:

You can simulate the cost of the Mac-only license renewal on this page. Upon entering your customer’s license key (code starting with SK3), you would need to scroll down until you see Manage your license.

Under the Renew section, you’ll be able to adjust the number of seats you wish to renew on the panel to your right-hand side and see their price. Then, proceed to checkout by clicking on the Renew button.

Mac-only license seat add-on:

You can simulate the cost of the seat add-on for a Mac-only license on this page.

Upon entering your customer’s license key (code starting with SK3), you would need to scroll down until you see Manage your license.

How can I update the Admin email for my client’s Mac-only license?

Our support team can help you with updating the Admin email. Please get in touch with us with the following information:

  1. The email associated with the account you need to update.
  2. The new email address where the License Key will be linked.
  3. The initial purchase Order ID. That’s a code starting with ‘BOH’ that you received right after purchasing Sketch.
  4. The last four digits of the Credit Card you used for the initial purchase.
